These terms govern use of Myrqvist Finance MCP (QuickBooks connector) ("the Service"), an internal tool provided by Vensar AB, operating on behalf of the Myrqvist group (including Myrqvist Inc and Myrqvist Madison Retail Inc) to authorized members of the Myrqvist group.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the group's internal business purposes only, in accordance with your authorization. The Service is not licensed for use by anyone outside the Myrqvist group.
You may use the Service only with QuickBooks Online companies you are authorized to access, and only to read accounting data for legitimate internal finance, reporting, and analysis purposes. You must not attempt to use the Service to modify QuickBooks data (it is read-only by design), to access companies you are not authorized for, or to circumvent its access controls.
You must comply with all applicable laws and with Intuit's terms applicable to QuickBooks Online. You must keep your account credentials secure and not share your access.
Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data in the underlying QuickBooks companies; the Service only reads and presents it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Financial figures are surfaced for convenience and should be verified against the source system of record before being relied upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vensar AB, operating on behalf of the Myrqvist group (including Myrqvist Inc and Myrqvist Madison Retail Inc) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these terms, at any time. Access may be revoked at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
